Terms of service

These terms describe shopping with GLEAMRIFT. Read them together with our shipping, returns and privacy policies.

Product information

Review the product description, selected colors, quantities and package information before placing an order. Photographs show the product as closely as possible, but colors can vary between screens. Only items expressly listed as included form part of the purchase.

Prices and sets

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Stick-set discounts are based on the $155 single-stick selling price and do not apply to separately sold consumable refills. Review the final order total before submitting an order.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Available payment methods, if enabled, are displayed at checkout. An order reference or automated receipt acknowledges the order; fulfillment depends on successful payment and acceptance of the order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items.

Delivery and returns

Delivery windows are estimates. Shipping options depend on the delivery address. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions on our returns page.

Responsible product use

Use the product only as directed in the manufacturer’s supplied instructions and where permitted. Keep the product, fuel and consumables away from children and flammable materials. Do not rely on website photography as an instruction for use.

Your account and site use

If you create an account, keep its password secure and contact us if you believe it has been accessed without permission. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or submit information you are not authorized to share.
